Request for Nominations: Award for Leadership in Service Innovation 2000

Awarded to a team of Canadian federal public servants of whom at least one is a member of the federal senior executive cadre.

The team has developed an innovative practice which has led directly to improved delivery of service to the citizen/client

The innovative practice must have been implemented wihin the previous 24 months and in place for at least 12 months

The improvements in service delivery must be demonstrable
