Otto Brodtrick

Otto Brodtrick is President of Centre for Public Management. He works with public sector organizations to improve their performance, particularly their strategic, innovation and organizational learning abilities. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Management at McGill University, where he teaches strategic management and innovation.

Mr. Brodtrick is principal author of Revitalizing Public Services. He has served several decades in the Candian public service in technical, managerial, and research positions and has written and lectured widely on management and organizations. He holds Master's degrees in Public Administration and in Education from Harvard University. In 1988, Mr. Brodtrick received the Auditor General's Award of Excellence, and in 1992 the Governor General's Commemorative Medal for Significant Contribution to Canada.
