Ken Rasmussen is an associate professor of public administration at the University of Regina. He has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Toronto and is the author of numerous articles on public administration and administrative history. He is the co-author of Privatizing a Province: The New Right in Saskatchewan and the forthcoming Social Democracy in the 1990s: The NDP in Saskatchewan.
